Select Income REIT (NYSE: SIR) is a real estate investment trust, or REIT, which owns 272 properties, 229 of which are net leased lands in Hawaii, as well as 43 office and industrial properties located throughout the mainland United States. Our lands and properties contain approximately 25.4 million rentable square feet and are located in 19 states.
SIR became a public company and our shares were listed on the New York Stock Exchange in March 2012. We are included in the MSCI US REIT Index.
